KULITZA RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Returns and exchanges

Kulitza recognizes that it can sometimes be difficult to choose the correct items online and we want
to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchasing experience. If you change your mind
about a purchase made, you have 30 days from the day you receive your delivery to return the item.


A customer is permitted to return a product if it is faulty or damaged from the time of purchase.
However, the customer may not return the product if it is damaged in their possession because they
mishandled the product.


Each product that is returned will go through inspection before a return is granted.
The customer is responsible for making sure that they keep their proof of payment and order
number in case they decide to return the product.


The following process is undertaken for the return of products bought online;


You will need to go on our website to return your product. You can then follow the return process
using your order number. Your item will then be scheduled for pickup with the courier company and
returned to us for inspection. Once inspection has been done, we will then communicate a way
forward.

Refunds


The customer is also permitted to ask for a refund if the product they want to exchange or replace is
out of stock. Refunds will be facilitated within 14 days of communicating that the refund has been
granted. The refunded amount will reflect in accordance with the bank’s EFT clearance schedule.


Six months return policy for defective goods is in line with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, a
customer may return defective goods.
